Join us for instructive sessions that consist of lecture and discussion, followed by guided reflections or meditation. You will be guided through a variety of practices that can be integrated into your daily routine of self-care.

These sessions are ideal for the release of stress and anxiety, calming your mind and emotions and awakening your spirit.

You will further your development in spiritual and emotional growth as we explore specific life issues and topics.

The breath is our most intimate companion because we cannot go without it.  Learn a greater command of your breathing muscles and lose the self-consciousness often experienced with  meditation.  Learn calming and energizing techniques.

  Set Your Emotions Free….Your Responses are Human!

The full array of our emotions are part of what’s being human.  Emotions are often considered irrational and we suppress emotions as wrong or bad.  Our emotions are a renewable resource. Mindfulness gives us a chance to experience  emotions and how they live in our body and become human expression.

Our body is the most direct and perfect path to our wellness and spirituality.  Body awareness is a window to our emotional state.  We will focus on breath and body techniques to become aware of tension and release for calmness.

  How Sound Affects Your Brain

Decades of research evidence how sound can affect the mind, body, and emotions.  Even cows find music therapeutic!  We will listen and reflect on various sounds to discover  a preference for one or more that promotes a  sense of peace and calm.  This is useful in selecting modes to support personal reflection and meditation.
